1 cinnamon stick, anise, cloves, ginger, garlic, curry,
3 kg pumpkin
- Bring the water, piquant herb vinegar, granulated sugar, cinnamon stick, anise, cloves, ginger, garlic and curry powder to the boil, add the 3 kg pumpkin, chopped into cubes and cook until it is al dente.
- While still hot fill glasses with the mix and "preserve".
