Polenta with chanterelles

Ingredients: (for 4-6 portions)
½ 1 ltr water, ½ l  Milk, 100ml white wine, 60g butter,
1 tbsp salt, 250g Polenta, 100g parmesan, fresh herbs, onion, chanterelles, garlic, thyme,
parsley, salt and pepper


  • Bring the water, milk, white wine, butter and 1 tbsp salt to the boil in a pot. Add the polenta, simmer over a low heat for about 10 minutes. Stir in the parmesan and finely chopped fresh herbs.
  • Dice the onion and fry until translucent in olive oil. Fry the cleaned chanterelles in butter for a few minutes, add the crushed garlic, thyme and parsley. Mix in the fried chanterelles and onions, season to taste with salt and pepper.
