3 ltr water, 2 kg organic sugar, 80g citric acid,
3 unwaxed lemons, 2 handfuls of lavender blossoms and lavender flowers
- Boil the water and leave to cool. Stir on the 2 kg or organic sugar. Add the citric acid, 3 unwaxed lemons (quartered) and 2 good handfuls of lavender blossoms and lavender flowers.
- Cover with foil and make airtight then leave for 3 days. After 3 days strain and add to screw-top bottles which have been cleaned using very hot water.
- Store the prepared lavender syrup in a cool place. Have fun cooking and bon appetit!
