A smile denoting enjoyment! With us pleasurable eating is to the fore. This starts with the joy in cooking which is expressed by our head chef Paul and his team with their delicious creations from local and international cuisine.

Complete freshness and the best ingredients direct from the region and the excellent reputation our restaurant enjoys – your guarantee for a special kind of culinary pleasure. Depending on the season we serve fresh asparagus, "mushrooms" from the area, wild garlic from the Postalm, delicate game dishes in spring and autumn. We use herbs from our own garden. Served with a smile and accompanied by fine wines from the wine cellar. Numerous regional and international wines provide a broad spectrum of taste and sensorial experiences.

The sophisticated art of hospitality: in the Hotel Bergrose our ingredients come from the region, the farms and small businesses from the surrounding area provide fresh, natural supplies. Our junior boss and head chef and his brigade ensure that your stay in our hotel becomes a culinary voyage of discovery. Whether you want to enjoy traditional or light, contemporary foods, dine a la carte, enjoy a celebratory meal or one of the hotel parties, delicious starters and dessert buffets or our healthy menu. Our culinary works will delight the most fastidious palates, a feature which has regularly borne praise in renowned gourmet tests. You may of course dine a la carte with us.

With the half-board package we indulge our guests with a creative 4 course menu in the evening – you are spoilt for choice when it comes to mains! A variety of starters, salad, dessert and themed buffets are also available.

The open fire provides a cosy ambience and the perfect setting for an atmospheric culinary experience.

It is also a great place for celebrations. We have a great setting for parties of up to 50 people, for sophisticated celebrations, from company parties, to a wedding party!

The ROSENSTÜBERL

The traditional Rosenstuberl restaurant always welcomes our guests with its very special, understated style. During the period before Christmas in particular we pamper you with our wonderful decorations, providing a wide variety of hand crafts which you can take home as gifts for your nearest and dearest. Outstanding for smaller celebrations, relaxing lunches or a leisurely evening meal, here you get to experience the romance of the Salzkammergut in purely cultural terms.

Our Stuberl is also to parties of up to 50 people, such as christenings, birthdays, company celebrations etc.
