This starts off with pleasure in cooking, which our head chef Paul with his team express with tasty creations from local and international cuisine. Complete freshness and the best ingredients direct from the region, along with the excellent reputation of our restaurant the “Rosenstüberl”, are assurances for very special sorts of pleasures. Served with a smile and accompanied by a fine wine from our wine cellar ….
Half-board, which is included in the price, indulges our guests, with a 4-course evening menu to choose from – really very rich in diversity and light, with traditionally prepared dishes.
You can of course dine à la carte with us too. Depending on the season we serve fresh asparagus, quotmushroomsquot from the region, wild garlic from Postalm, delicious game dishes in spring and autumn!
The herbs used come predominantly from the hotel’s own garden.
