Jam-making

Almost certainly the most important ingredient of our jams is the select berries and fruits. A large proportion of which we get directly from small-scale farmers, or from the market. The degree of ripeness, having been lovingly harvested, and quality are a fundamental corner stone for aroma and colour. That’s how the taste experience is something quite special.
The berries and fruits are carefully sorted by hand, the stones removed and gently washed, there are softened with sugar many hours before the actual boiling process, when they are boiled carefully over a low heat to make jam. 
Our home-made jam: a popular little gift to bring back to those at home, or, you can enjoy your own favourite flavour at home!
